As a consumer, you have a 2-year statutory warranty from delivery if the door does not conform to what you could reasonably expect, including manufacturing or product defects. Report a problem as soon as possible.
Installing the door yourself does not remove your statutory warranty for product defects. Damage caused by incorrect installation is a different matter. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Installation is not included. We do not provide home installation or call-outs for problems caused by self-installation. If you are unsure about the fixings or lack suitable tools, use a professional installer. This does not limit your statutory rights for product defects.
